Rebounder Share New Single ‘Dreamland’
New York City-based indie rock outfit Rebounder have just shared their brand new single Dreamland, the latest off of their debut EP Sundress Songs, which is set for release this summer.
What I like the most about this song is its infectious feel-good vibes that are enhanced by killer bass guitar plucks and a memorable, soaring guitar solo that made the song stand out even more. Apart from those groovy guitars and steady drum patterns, I am particularly fond of the passionate vocal delivery which goes from very smooth and sensual to a killer falsetto. Dreamland is a captivating piece of music that features indie sleaze sonic textures under spirited memorable melodies for a pop-laced indie rock affair perfect for a fun weekend.
Speaking about the song, frontman Dylan Chenfeld said,
Dreamland is about closing your eyes and wanting to go somewhere else, and waking up 6 to 8 hours later realizing maybe where you are is where you are supposed to be.
Accompanying the release, the band shares its official music video which was directed by playwright, director, Jazz baroness Vogue Giambri. Check it out below!
