Martin Luke Brown Shares New Single ‘**it gets better’

British singer and songwriter Martin Luke Brown has just shared his brand new single **it gets better, an upbeat indie-pop music out now via Kartel Music Group.

What I like the most about the song is its driving beat and how instantly it got me in a good mood. Taken from his upcoming debut album, damn, look at the view!, set to arrive on May 19th, **it gets better is an uplifting song about struggling with mental health issues, showing that with time things do get better. I am a fan of Martin Luke Brown's vocals which are packed with raw emotion and glide passionately over the infectious electro-pop melodies. Apart from his vocals, I am particularly fond of the killer beat, guitar strums and anthemic chorus that together create an overall uplifting, feel-good atmosphere perfect for a carefree weekend out with friends (or dancing home alone which is closer to what I do). Check it out below!

Speaking about the song, Martin Luke Brown said,
The whole album is a big explore into mental health and general sort of coming of age, angst, nostalgia, all of it. I guess ‘**it gets better’ is the simplest in its meaning - I almost imagined my Mum singing it to me. It’s such a hilarious over simplification of mental health, almost like saying ‘don’t worry about it, it’ll blow over’. It’s ironic really, cos I'm not really entirely sure I believe that it does get better for everyone, but it’s nice for people to just feel good and have a boogie. I wanted to have a song on the record that just felt good and hopeful, as if you’ve arrived home after a long time away”.
