Australian singer and songwriter Declan Ryan has just shared his brand new single Light Will Leave, a lovely indie folk song taken from his upcoming 4-track EP Blasted Fleeting Time. 

 

Light Will Leave finds the talented artist beautifully showcasing his characteristic soothing guitar and soulful lyrics which are flawlessly conveyed through his smooth, dreamy vocals. I am a fan of the tone of his voice which is quite soothing and emotive, singing about a strange aspect of the grown up world whereby some people continue to live beyond their means due to an excess of pride or ego.
