Cub Sport Share New Single ‘Songs About It’

Following the massive success of their singles recent singles Always Got The Love, Replay and Keep Me Safe, Australia’s Cub Sport are back with a gem entitled Songs About It, the latest single to be taken from their upcoming 5th studio album, Jesus At The Gay Bar, out on Good Friday, April 7th. 

 

If you're into 90s House-inspired music, then you'll love this song. A piece of euphoric, starry-eyed piano house, Songs About It is about getting stuck in a moment of hedonistic, split-second joy and memorialising it in the form of pure pop. Tim Nelson's vocals are incredibly hypnotic and I love they way they float effortlessly over the upbeat production. Apart from his lush vocals, I am particularly fond of the 90s-referencing piano riff and infectious sub-bass that instantly infuse the song with a danceable groove that is impossible not to love.
