Brian Walker Shares New Single ‘Red Flags’
American Pop/R&B singer and songwriter and producer Brian Walker ihas just shared his brand new single Red Flags, a captivating pop song with an infectious chorus that got me singing along to it in no time.
I am a fan of Walker's smooth, expressive vocals which beautifully convey the emotion of his relatable storytelling. Red Flags is a song about being in a relationship and seeing one's red flags coming up, realising you're getting yourself in a toxic relationship. This message is wrapped around a highly infectious pop production with catchy guitars, punchy beat and drum patterns that together create an overall feel-good atmosphere.

Speaking about the song and video, Brian Walker said,
I wrote and produced this song, and I directed, casted, edited, color graded and starred in the music video, and came up with the story line. This song was mixed by Grammy winner DJ Swivel, and mastered by Grammy winner Chris Gehringer. I wrote this song based off of one of my past relationships. Over the summer a few years ago, I was hanging out with this girl, and there were a lot of red flags that came up. I found myself in a lot of lose-lose situations, and I was getting a lot of toxic vibes while hanging out with her. Months later I came up with this beat, and was going through my lyric concepts (I now have over 600 unreleased lyric ideas on my phone), and I felt that this "Red Flags" concept was the lyric idea that felt most naturally fit with this beat.This song and music video has been a long time coming. Overall, I feel as a whole, that this project is the most exciting piece of work that I've created so far in my career, and speaks the most to who I am as an artist. I hope you enjoy it as well. I shot the music video for the follow-up to this song in NYC this past fall, and that will hopefully be coming out soon after in early 2023.
