Tadhg Daly Shares Jolé Edit Of Hit Single ‘Novocaine’

Fast-rising Jersey born / Irish singer and songwriter Tadhg Daly has just shared the Jolé edit of his latest single Novocaine, an upbeat alt-pop song taken from his new EP Getting It All Wrong, which is out now.

While the original version of Novocaine saw Tadhg Daly pursue more of that broad and euphoric alt-pop aesthetic we have come to love him for, the new Jolé edit explores a more tender side to the song. This edit strips things back throughout the first half of the song with acoustic guitar melodies backing his gorgeous vocals and heartfelt lyrics, growing intoa more atmospheric and humbled rendition, adding a more emotionally-charged element to his latest captivating swoon. Check it out below!

Speaking about the new Jolé edit, Tadhg said,

Jolé has been one of my favourite artists and a consistent collaborator for the past couple of years. I’m a huge fan of the soundscapes he creates in his music and to have him reimagine “Novocaine” has allowed me to see a totally different side to the song. I think this version of the song shines a light on the vulnerability in the story of the song.
