Mergui Shares New Single ‘Paradise’

Israeli singer and songwriter Mergui has just shared his brand new single Paradise, the latest single to be taken from his long-awaited debut EP, Dark Side Of The Rainbow, out now via Saban Music Group.

 

I am a fan of Mergui's gorgeous, expressive vocals which are packed with so much emotion, instantly making us feel each and every single word he sings. We can really feel the passion pouring from his voice and beautifully conveying a story of his own personal admission of his crumbling relationship, putting on a façade and trying to enjoy the moment whilst it lasts. This message is backed by a polished electro-pop producting that features lush, expansive synths, punchy beats and percussive rhythms that together create an anthemic chorus and overall feel-good atmosphere. 

 

Its accompanying video is the final installment in the trilogy of previously released visuals which sees Mergui now lying on the ground injured contemplating his feelings before he can be seen trying to run away to escape his problems. Check it out below!
