Harry Taylor Shares New Single ‘My Youth’
Brooklyn-based, Italian singer and songwriter Harry Taylor has just shared his brand new single My Youth, a pop-rock ballad about falling in love so deep to the point of willing to give up everything.
I am really enjoying the tone of his voice and how expressive his vocal delivery is, effortlessly conveying the emotion of his relatable storytelling. As it says in the title itself, Harry is ready to give up everything for love, including the best days of his life, his youth. It's a song about what if feels like to be in mad love with someone to the point where even the real bad turns into something so good. This relatable message is back by a lovely 2000's pop-rock inspired production with intricate guitar riffs seamlessly intertwined with cool rhythms and steady drum patterns that combined create a warm atmosphere for his passionate vocals and storytelling to soar. Check it out below!
Speaking about the song, Harry Taylor said,
When I fall in love I always end up falling so hard. I love the idea of a hardcore relationship just like the ones from the movies. A young love where they make mistakes along the way, love and hate each other at the same time. The paradox of building up something important just to destroy everything 2 seconds later because you know that you both would be back and start it all over again.
