Swedish singer and songwriter Marie Nordman has just shared her brand new single Through This Land, a captivating indie-pop out now via Ninetone Records. 

 

I am a fan of her smooth, dulcet vocals which instantly infuse a touch of vulnerability and emotion to the song. I really like the way Marie's lovely vocals glide effortlessly over the polished indie-pop/electronic production, beautifully connecting us to her relatable storytelling. Apart from her vocals, I am particularly fond of the catchy beat throughout the song and how it is nicely paired with expansive synths and subtle piano keys that together create an overall warm and melancholic atmosphere.
