Ana Arts Shares New Single ‘The Ocean Is On Fire’

London-based singer and songwriter Ana Arts has just shared her brand new single The Ocean Is On Fire, the latest single to be taken from her upcoming sophomore EP Cried So Hard I Started Laughing. 

 

What I like the most about this song is its warmth and how Ana Arts has a voice like no other, beautifully reviving the vocal abilities of Joni Mitchell and Jeff Buckley. I am particularly fond of the way Ana's vocal delivery emanates with heartfelt mood, gliding effortlessly over the chilled out production. Apart from her haunting and expressive vocals, I am particularly fond of the lush guitar plucks and how they are seamlessly intertwined with a steady beat, cool rhythms and killer bass that create an overall warm atmosphere perfect for a laid-back day at home.
