Small Boy Share New Single ‘Wash My Hair’

Norwegian indie-rock band Small Boy have just shared their brand new single Wash My Hair, an upbeat indie pop song out now via Banditt Media. 

 

What I like the most about this song is how contrasting the lyrics are to the upbeat production, as the song talks about a devastating love story of control and corrosive addiction that ultimately ends in losing the one we love. This message is wrapped around an upbeat production that instantly got me in a good mood and singing along to it. Wash My Hair also recognises the moments of humor and absurdity of this world, moments that sometimes come to light during times of struggle. I am also very fond of the vocals and how they soar over intricate guitars nicely intertwined with lush synths and killer bass that create an overall sun-soaked, feel-good atmosphere perfect for the summer.
