Austrian singer and songwriter KRYSTOF has just shared his brand new single Head and Heart, an upbeat electro-pop cut out now via GRS MUSIC / Global Rockstar GmbH.
A heartfelt true story about KRYSTOF's breakup, Head and Heart is a song about realising that overthinking about things will only make you go through the painful moments twice. As an overthinker I can relate with the idea of playing several scenarios in my head, making me second guess-myself, and I do know that sometimes we should just let things go. This message is beautifully conveyed through KYRSTOF's lovely vocals which soar effortlessly over infectious electro-pop melodies that create an overall upbeat atmosphere perfect for a long drive out in the sun. Speaking about the song, KRYSTOF said,
Head and Heart was written at Global Rockstar's last songwriting camp. We talked about my breakup which I went through at that time and decided to put that feeling into a song. My Head always told me to leave it behind and get over it, as I noticed, they were giving up while I was giving more - but my heart wouldn’t let me... I’ve always been in my head too much, overthinking it all. A reason why most relationships probably end. Based on this I named my failed relationship ,,Head and Heart“ and put it into this song. A song about overthinking in general and a heartfelt true story, about my breakup.
