Louie Blue Shares New Single ‘Call You Up’
20-year-old Finnish-Italian artist/producer Louie Blue has just shared his brand new single Call You Up, a super smooth pop/r&b cut out now via Sony Music Finland.
Taken from his irresistible debut album Division 8, which is out now, Call You Up finds the talented artist beautifully showcasing his soothing, expressive vocals over a warm, feel-good blend of pop and r&b elements. Louie's vocals are definitely my favourite part of the song and I really like the way they are backed by intricate guitar plucks, lush synths and catchy percussion that effortlessly create an overall warm, feel-good atmosphere that makes me long for those carefree days by the beach.
Accompanying the release, Louie Blue has shared its official music video, directed by Elisabeth Moborg, which beautifully embodies the song's warmth and feel-good vibes. Check it out below!
Speaking about the album, Louie Blue said,
I don’t want to pretend that the album is a calculated or a strategically planned collection of songs in specific order. This album sounds like the journey I’ve traveled inside my head in the last two years making this. A lot of songs were left out, but the 15 tracks that I kept on the album are perfect to describe me as an artist right now.
