Inka Ásgeirs Shares Debut Single ‘Count Me Out’

Swedish/Icelandic singer and songwriter Inka Ásgeirs makes her official music introduction with the release of her official debut single Count Me Out, a jazzy lo-fi pop gem. 

 

Count Me Out was puzzled together from different moments in Inka’s life, inspired by artists such as Elliott Smith and Dear Nora. I am really enjoying her smooth, expressive vocals which ooze so much emotion and vulnerability that instantly captured my attention from start to finish. Apart from her stunning vocals, I am particularly fond of the infectious beat throughout the song and how it is nicely paired with intricate acoustic and electric guitar riffs and dreamy harmonies that create a warm and soothing atmosphere perfect for those cold, rainy days at home.
