VASSY & GT_Ofice Share New Single ‘Tuff’
Australian artist VASSY has teamed up with New York-based music producer GT_Ofice (Caine) to deliver a high-energy piece of electro-pop/EDM titled Tuff.
Out now via CAINE Records, Tuff is a song that beautifully embodies the expression "when the going gets tough, the tough gets going", encouraging the listeners to push forward and keep on going. Apart from those gorgeous vocals, which are packed with so much soul and emotion, I am particularly fond of the powerful House piano chords that are nicely paired with a catchy beat, lush synths and cool percussive elements that create an overall high-energy, feel-good atmosphere that oozes carefree summer days. Speaking about the song, VASSY said,
TUFF is a song about no matter how hard things get you’ve just got to just roll with the punches and keep it going.. I have always wanted to write a song using this expression ‘when the going gets tough, the tough gets going” It resonates with me. You see in life there will be highs and there will be Lows and the music industry can tough. I think most people can relate to this song because everyone has their ups and downs and sometimes you just need a little motivation to get through the tough times. I was excited to work with GT_Ofice because I heard one of his records and fell in love with his production. When I sent him the idea he loved it and it was such an effortless organic collaborate, We had a natural click & chemistry in our musical vibes. I’m proud of this record I feel we created an invigorating record together.
