The Satellite Station Shares New Single ‘Ghost In The Night’

Following last month's lovely single My Home Is You, The Satellite Station, the alias of American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Travis Rue, shares his second single of the year, Ghost In The Night, a warm piece of indie-folk music out now via alexrainbirdRecords. 

 

I am a fan of The Satellite Station's music and with each new song he releases, the more I love his work. Ghost In The Night is a stunning indie-folk gem about unplugging from the daily grind and reconnecting with nature. This message is wrapped around a warm production that beautifully showcases his smooth, expressive vocals which glide beautifully over haunting folk-inspired melodies. I am particularly fond of the intricate acoustic guitar riffs throughout the song and how they are nicely paired with lush piano chords which create an overall warm and intimate atmosphere perfect for a relaxing weekend out connecting with nature.
