Michael Lane Shares New Single ‘Be Still’
American singer and songwriter Michael Lane has just shared his brand new single Be Still, a beautiful piece of acoustic/indie-folk music.
The latest single to be taken from his album Take It Slow, out now via Greywood Records, Be Still is a super warm and soothing piece of music about finding time to clear our minds and listen with our hearts. This lovely message is beautifully conveyed through Michael Lane's smooth vocals which soars beautifully over intricate acoustic guitar riffs that are nicely intertwined with a punchy beat and catchy drum patterns. I am particularly fond of his lovely vocals and how the song, even with the upbeat percussion, has an overall warm and soothing atmosphere that makes it perfect for a laid-back weekend. Speaking about the song, Michael Lane said,
"Be Still" has a very clear message which I've written a bit about in other songs, but not as in detail as in this one. I believe that when you clear your mind, listen with your heart, and find the time to do any sort of meditation, one begins to realize that above all the noise and distraction in life, we ourselves are enough. We are all divine, and share a common connection that we shouldnt be afraid to share with each other.
