I wrote this song a couple years ago now, about my boyfriend. I've never been amazing at vocally expressing my emotions and I had never felt true love until I met him. So, this song kind of epitomizes that idea. I explain writing these secret letters as confessions to him, because I was so in love that I didn't understand how to express it to him vocally, and writing it was the only way that I felt I could truly and rightly express my love for him.
