ÊMIA Shares New Single ‘fake scenarios’
ÊMIA, the indie-pop project of Brooklyn-based singer, songwriter and producer Anh Le, has just shared her brand new single fake scenarios, an upbeat pop song about the thrill of imagining a love story with a stranger, and how every moment adds to the fantasy.
I am really enjoying her lovely, smooth vocals which glide effortlessly over the infectious melodies, beautifully capturing the listeners' attention to her relatable storytelling. The first single from a two-part EP VIDEO CALL, fake scenarios was inspired by several phone calls with her collaborator, Charlie Kurata, who was living in Singapore when Êmia was in NYC. I am very fond of the way ÊMIA tells a story and I think many of us can relate to her story of daydreaming about a love story with someone you just met. This message is wrapped around upbeat pop melodies that create an overall warm, chill atmosphere perfect for a fun weekend. Check it out below!
