BASS, the alias of rising Australian singer, songwriter, and musician Bass Warne, kicks off his new year with the release of a chilled out piece of music titled two bodies. 

Out now via Unity Records, two bodies continues to showcase the lo-fi pop sonority I fell in love with when I heard his song wasting away. I am very fond of the tone of BASS's vocals and how they are packed with raw emotion and vulnerability, effortlessly connecting us to his storytelling. two bodies is a song about waiting on another person in a relationship, being ready when the other is still scared. This message is wrapped around a polished production packed with intricate acoustic guitar melodies nicely paired with dreamy harmonies that create an overall warm, laid-back atmosphere that I find perfect to play while home alone with my thoughts.
