Areeb Mahmood Shares New Single ‘Things I Hide’

American producer Areeb Mahmood has just shared his brand new single Things I Hide, an emotional dubstep-infused piece of Future Bass music. 

 

What I love the most about this song is the emotive vocal which instantly infuse the song with somewhat of a sombre and emotional touch that I find quite captivating. As the title implies, Things I Hide is a song about hiding your emotions and fears and, by never letting go of them, they inevitably surround you and you start feeling like you're drowning in them. This relatable message is wrapped around a polished electronic production that features emotive vocals and piano keys which contrast nicely with the energetic electronic elements. Apart from the vocals, the things I like the most are the lush piano chords, expansive synths and energetic percussion that give a sense of freedom while listening to it. Check it out below!
