Supermassive, the project of French musicians Edgar Joly and Simon Aubert, have just shared their brand new single Take Me Away, an upeat piece of electro-pop/EDM out now via Big Top Records.
This is just the song I needed to give me an extra boost of energy to get through my evening. For this song, the French producers and viral TikTok stars teamed up with fellow French singer-songwriter Juliette whose fierce vocals soar brightly over the upbeat electronic production. I am loving the emotion pouring from Juliette's vocals and how the chorus is perfect to sing along to.

We wrote this song while we were still confined during COVID. It’s an ode to evading, to travelling, to the need to break out of your daily routine, and to live life to the fullest. We wanted to create a piece that would be dynamic and dancy, music that makes you want to let go of all that’s currently going on and to celebrate the return to a normal life. That’s why the song can help when you feel blue or disheartened, it’s a strong boost that can make you smile, dance, and forget about your current troubles. Hakuna matata!
