MOON MATES Share New Single ‘Ghost Lights’

German band MOON MATES have just shared their brand new single Ghost Lights, the latest single to be taken from their debut EP, Random Dad Barbecue Music, out now via MVKA. 

 

I am really enjoying lead singer Gloria Muschaweck's lovely, expressive vocals which instantly command the listener's attention to their storytelling. Ghost Lights is a captivating piece of atmospheric indie-pop music with cool guitar plucks, soulful beats, steady drum beats with a retro touch. I am very fond of the way the song builds up with energy near the end with punchier drums and soaring guitar riffs that give the song a cool rock touch. If you're into catchy indie-pop music with a classic, timeless appeal, dreamy harmonies and lovely vocals, then you'll love Ghost Lights. 

 

Accompanying the release, the band shared its captivating, psych-infused music video, directed by songwriter/guitarist Benjamin Hoffmeister, which beautiflly embodies the song's dreamy, laid-back vibes. Check it out below!
