Kristian Grostad Shares New Single ‘Out Of Fuel’

Norwegian singer and songwriter Kristian Grostad has just shared his brand new single Out Of Fuel, the lead track to be taken from his new EP Echoes, out now via Nordic Records International. 

 

Echoes is a 4-track project about the echo of involuntarily silence and solitude over the last year and Out Of Fuel is one of my favourite songs off of this EP. This song beautifully showcases Kristian Grostad's distinctive tone and expressive vocal delivery which is backed by a polished indie pop production. I am particularly fond of the killer bass guitar throughout the song which is paired with steady percussion, memorable guitar licks and lovely backing vocals that create an overall warm atmosphere. I am particularly fond of the way Kristian combines acoustic tradition with strong indie pop-rock influences, making this song quite a memorable listening experience. Check it out below!
