Following last month's lovely single forget you one last time, Austrian duo dreaming of cali, consisting of Marvin Metzler and George Christoforou, are back with yet another gorgeous single titled luna, out now via doc records.
I am a fan of those smooth, expressive vocals which are packed with so much emotion, instantly connecting the listeners to their storytelling. luna is a gentle piece of electro-pop/EDM about the perfect girl/person to run away with and leave everything behind. I really like how dreaming of cali deliver emotive pieces of music wrapped around a memorable electronic production and luna is a great example of that. I am very fond of the catchy percussion, emotive piano chords, airy atmospherics and epic melodic drop that creates an overall warm, feel-good atmosphere that oozes carefree summer days. This is one of those songs perfect for long drives out in the sun, to be the soundtrack of your holidays or those good times spent with someone special. Check it out below!
