The Pink Crows Share New Single ‘Les Montagnes Russes’
The Pink Crows, the project of Swedish singer/songwriter Hanna Hägglund and French composer/producer Franck Rapp, have just shared their brand new single Les Montagnes Russes, a captivating nu-disco track out now via Lawis Records.
As soon as I heard that groovy, funky bass I knew I was going to love this song. Hanna Hägglund's dulcet tone is very soothing and soars effortlessly over the warm production, instantly infusing the song with a touch of soul and emotion. I really like how the song is both in French and English, even though my French is very rusty I simply adore the musicality of the language and how it makes the song stand out even more.
Taken from their upcoming album Rare Birds, which is set to arrive later this year, Les Montagnes Russes beautifully showcases the duo's impressive sonority that blends pop, electronica and disco elements into a memorable listening experience. I am particularly fond of the groovy guitars, killer bass and bright, futuristic synths that create an overall warm, feel-good atmosphere perfect for a fun night out.
Accompanying the release, The Pink Crows have shared its captivating official music video, directed by Franck Rapp & Antonio Maria Da Silva, which enhances the song's groovy, feel-good vibes. Check it out below!
