Mumbai-based singer-songwriter Raghav Meattle has just shared his brand new single Cold Cold Night, a warm, folk-infused indie-pop song out now via Snafu Records.

 

Cold Cold Night is a song about loneliness, longing, and hope, something most of us experience during a heartbreak or also during the series of lockdowns in this pandemic. I am really enjoying the tone of his vocals and how they glide beautifully over the acoustic guitar-based melody that slowly builds up with energy with lovely atmospherics, punchy drums and lush strings. This surge of energy matches the emotions of acknowledging one's mental health and hoping for a better day.
