Miller Roberts Shares New Single ‘All Over Again’

Australian singer and songwriter Miller Roberts has just shared her brand new single All Over Again, an honest piece of indie-folk music out now via Mahogany Sounds.

I am loving her stunning vocal delivery which sounds quite comforting and effortlessly conveys the emotion of her painfully honest lyrics. All Over Again is a song written during a COVID lockdown and is about feeling lonely and confused, getting tired of the same things over and over again and longing to reconnect with friends and family. This beautifully-written story is wrapped around a memorable indie-folk production packed with soothing guitar sounds, echoing drums, ambient soundscapes and traditional folk elements that create an overall warm and intimate atmosphere. Check it out below!

Discussing the new track, Miller Roberts shares,
All Over Again is a song I wrote in the middle of a 3 month lockdown. Feeling lonely and confused after a break up and disconnected from my friends and family, isolation began to feel like Groundhog Day. I was stuck in the same apartment, doing the same things over and over again and it was starting to break my heart. Writing this song was a way for me to articulate how tedious the monotony of lockdown can be and how I longed to be reconnected -- not just to the people around me, but reconnected with the life and the dreams I had spent so long building. While I am currently in the throes of yet another lockdown, writing this song has been a catharsis for me. All Over Again has helped me in so many ways, and I hope it can help anyone who listens to it.
