Jeffrey James Shares New Single ‘Sober’

Nashville-based singer and songwriter Jeffrey James has just shared his brand new single Sober, taken from his new EP, Songs I Found in the Year I Lost, out now via Sevro Records.

Sober finds the pop crooner beautifully showcasing his rich vocals and narrative-driven lyricism over cinematic instrumentation and I think you will enjoy it as much as I am. Apart from his gorgeous and passionate vocal delivery I am very fond of the emotive piano chords and how they are nicely paired with a catchy percussion and gospel choir that enhance the song's message.

Co-created with Nashville-based CMA-nominated songwriter Cleve Wilson and London-based songwriter/producer Dan Weller, Sober is a relatable song about one's love life and mistakes that were made when single. I am loving the touch of soul and emotion in this song and how the chorus has an anthemic touch that makes it perfect to sing along to. Check it out below!
