Autumn Nicholas Shares New Single ‘Dealing’
American singer and songwriter Autumn Nicholas has just shared her brand new single Dealing, a captivating indie-pop song out now via A+N Records.
I am really enjoying her warm vocals and how they beautifully convey the emotion of her relatable storytelling. Dealing is a song about struggling to figure out how to deal with yourself, realising you shouldn't look to social media and other places to do know who you are or want to be. Apart from her expressive vocals I am particularly fond of the infectious beat and how the guitar strums are nicely paired with steady percussion, creating a warm and laid-back atmosphere that makes the song perfect for an introspective day at home. Speaking about the song, Autumn Nicholas said,
I was in a dark space trying to navigate how to find light, and how to just get out of it when I wrote Dealing. During a time when we couldn’t be out expressing ourselves that we didn't know how to deal with ourselves right in front of our own reflections. It's about figuring out how to deal with yourself and not to constantly looking to social media and other places to figure out who you are and who you are not. And then deciding who you want to be. Please take what you need from it.
