Michael Push Shares New Single ‘What Is Love’ ft. Aria Falco

Time to dance! London-based Italian DJ/Producer Michael Push has shared his refreshing, mid-tempo Deep House rework of Haddaway's hit single What Is Love, out now via Shake Records. 

 

I am a fan of the iconic original version, which I still listen today, and there has been a plethora of covers/reworks of this classic and this one sounds quite refreshing. Michael Push delivers a vibrant, mid-tempo take on the original that oozes feel-good summer vibes. Aria Falco's gorgeous vocals glide beautifully over the sun-kissed production that replaces the thunderous synths and beats of the original for a mellower midtempo arrangement with stronger focus on the melody, lyrics and vocals. This version really gets to the essence of what the song is all about, and its refined and polished sound will get you in a good mood and dancing in no time. Check it out below!
