King of Little Sweden Share New Single ‘Dave Is Online’

Swedish Scandipop collective King of Little Sweden have just shared their brand new single Dave Is Online, a warm electro-pop song about emotional disconnection in digital times.

Out now via Rexius Records, Dave Is Online is a relatable song about online intimacy and how we tend to spend more time online instead of being in the moment. It's a picture of today's reality and is wrapped around a memorable production that effortlessly blends electronic sounds with r&b elements and pop sensibilities. I am particularly fond of Julia Jonsson's mellow vocals which soar beautifully over the warm production and instantly connects the listener to their storytelling. Julia's vocals are definitely the star of the song for me and its captivating production gives me chill, summer vibes. Check it out below!

Speaking about the song, King of Little Sweden said,
This is a song about "Online Intimacy". Nowadays, we can get swamped by so many messages that we sometimes end up neglecting the ones that we really ought to answer. The lyrics were inspired by self-observation. Always being online: texting, chatting and arranging with other friends, actually missing out on the moment. No hidden message or moral- just an observation of how things are today...
