World’s First Cinema Share New Single ‘Supernatural’

Following the release of their dark and eerie single Make Me A Monster, Los Angeles-based duo World’s First Cinema are back with their brand new single Supernatural, a captivating piece of alt/indie-rock song, out now through B-Unique Records.

Once again the star of the song for me is John Sinclair's powerful, dynamic pop vocals which effortlessly connect the listeners to their storytelling. Supernatural showcases the narrative-driven aesthetic of their previous releases, continuing the tone of a far darker chapter in their legacy. The song's production is impeccable, subtlety blends bedroom pop, electronic production and rock all in one song, whilst acting as a reminder of the bands commitment to the overtly cinematic tone.

Supernatural features a bedroom-pop-inspired bass groove and vocal melody that builds up with energy that culminates into an epic cinematic chorus packed with tons of energy. The chorus and bridge have an epic touch that sounds perfect for movie trailers or soundtracks. It's the song's effortless storytelling, John's gorgeous vocals, cinematic touch and tons of energy that keeps me coming back to this song and I think you will love it too. Check it out below!

Speaking about the new single, they said,

'Supernatural' is a nod to the cinematic roots where this project first began. We feel that we've grown so much since we released our debut EP and we feel our music is reflecting that. Our songs will always have a cinematic element but 'Supernatural' really revives the overtly epic tones of our first EP. We wanted this track to be a sign to our fans to always expect those sonics from us as we explore different styles in our writing.
