MYB Share New Single ‘Pit Stop’

Following the release of their infectious single Pessimistic Panorama, Michigan-based duo MYB, consisting of Scott Posada and Bryce Gray, have just shared their brand new single Pit Stop, a sun-soaked indie-pop song.

Pit Stop tells a story about the summer Bryce left home and drove to Alabama alone, trying to figure out his life. This lovely song is wrapped around a polished production packed with steady percussion intertwined with cool guitar riffs which create a warm atmosphere for Bryce Gray's silky smooth vocals to soar. Listening to this song makes me think of those long summer days with no cares in the world. Have a listen to this gem below!

Speaking about the song, Bryce Gray said,

This song is about the summer when I was 18 and had just barely graduated high school. It was one of the loneliest, most confusing times in my life. I didn’t apply to any colleges, I had no job, a strained relationship with my family, and all my friends had left for school. Not knowing what to do, my parents sent me down to Alabama, to work for a family friend at his Flag Factory. This song is a reflection on that lonely drive down in our old pickup truck, and the headspace of my old teenage self.
