Rebecca Ferguson Shares New Single ‘No Words Needed’ ft. Nile Rodgers

British powerhouse singer and songwriter Rebecca Ferguson returns with a memorable new single No Words Needed, featuring the one and only Nile Rodgers.

I've been a fan of hers since she was a contestant on The X-Factor where she showcased her absolutely powerful, distinctive vocals which are quite a pleasure to listen to.

Out now via Platoon, No Words Needed was recorded at the famed Abbey Road Studios in London with their Chief Creative Advisor and legendary hit-maker, Nile Rodgers, who co-wrote the song, in addition to assistance from Mike Needle, Dan Bryer, Mark Ralph, and Russell Graham. I am really enjoying the retro vibe of this song that celebrates the joy of romance.

I am loving how Rebecca's lush vocals flow beautifully over the buoyant synths, stadium-ready drums, funky guitar grooves and a bouncy bassline. I am particularly fond of the passion and soul pouring effortlessly from her vocal delivery, bursting with energy and emotion on the bridge. A memorable piece of music that you can check out below!

Speaking about working with Nile Rodgers, Rebecca Ferguson said,

Working with Nile never gets old, I’m still in awe of his talent. ‘No Words Needed’ came together in a fit of creativity. I can’t wait to keep working with him.

Rodgers added,

We just have an undeniable chemistry. Every time we get together it feels like something special happens.

Rebecca will be back in the studio with Nile Rodgers working on her fifth studio album and will be touring in the UK as soon as restrictions are lifted.
