Hunter Moreau Shares New Single ‘Hazy’
Massachusetts-based, 18-year-old singer and songwriter Hunter Moreau has just shared her brand new single Hazy, an addictive piece of electro-pop music about the pure bliss of summer nights.
I am really enjoying the tone of her vocals that infuse the song with a vulnerable and soothing touch that instantly drew my attention to the song. The production is quite bold and allows for Hunter's vocal delivery to soar even brighter. I am particularly fond of the guitars and steady percussion throughout and how the song has a chill, summery atmosphere with just the right touch of nostalgia that makes it perfect for a long car drive or a laid-back night watching the stars. Speaking about the song, Hunter said,
As simple as it may sound, 'Hazy' is about the pure bliss of summer nights. Doug and I were reminiscing about stories with friends, both new and old, and the magic that seems to happen on warm nights where nothing seems to really matter. We wrote this song to capture the nostalgia of looking back on those carefree times, and the longing of that same feeling again. The feeling that no other moment matters besides right now. The excitement of not caring how exactly you’re going to get home, or where you even are, but just knowing that you want whatever feeling this is to last forever.
