August Green Shares New Single ‘Petrol Waves’
Swedish indie-folk singer/songwriter, August Green has just shared his brand new single Petrol Waves, his first single of the year which will be featured on his upcoming album, Vignettes, set to arrive later this month.
Petrol Waves showcases his unmistakable sound and unique blend of the mellow, melancholic, and melodic nature of Swedish folk, the storytelling of Americana, and the harmonic palette of the many different types of choral music he grew up singing. This is a song about how we shouldn't be so hard on ourselves and we should direct that energy into appreciating the beauty of the moment. August hopes that his listeners will be able to relate to and fight against self-doubt.
