Less Popular Share New Single ‘All Night’
Oakland-based 6-piece band Less popular have just shared their brand new single All Night, a song about a relationship that is on the verge of ending.
Combining soulful hip hop and electronic beats with punchy pop production, the group has an artistic vision in mind - taking on the mainstream with their genre-bending soundscapes. I am really enjoying the smooth vocals and how they easily convey the emotion of their storytelling. All Night is a late night groove filled with bouncy R&B melodies, lush guitar riffs which create quite a warm, chill atmosphere. I am also really fond of the extra dose of energy near the end of the song which makes the song stand out even more and showcase their genre-bending soundscapes.
Accompanying the release, Less Popular shared its self-produced/directed/edited music video which was shot in Santa Rosa, California. Check it out below!
Speaking about the song, the band said,
‘All Night’ is an expression of a relationship on its last legs, conveyed through our late night thoughts and the process of letting go.
