Anna was born over the lockdown period. The story is based on the protagonist bumping into an old friend from 10 years ago in a grocery store. Reminded of old memories, maybe repressed and forgotten, this song explores childhood memories and questioning your sexuality when maybe you didn’t ‘give yourself the option’ before.
