Frances Luke Accord Share New Single ‘Dust to Dust’

Frances Luke Accord, the project of US singer-songwriters Nicholas Gunty and Brian Powers, have just shared their brand new single Dust to Dust, out now via Fluke Studio Records.

Dust to Dust was recorded remotely from each member’s home studio, with additional contributions from Don Mitchell of Darlingside (production), Chris Dupont (electric guitar), and Luke Jackson (drums). This is a warm and intimate piece of folk music that combines children’s nursery rhymes, Sufi poetry and personal reflection to form a meditation on loneliness and a changing planet ravaged by catastrophe. I am really fond of the intricate guitar riffs, lush harmonies and overall laid-back atmosphere of the song that makes it perfect for those introspective days home alone. Check it out below!
