Sam Hardiman Releases Visuals For Latest Track ‘The Ava Sessions’

Dublin producer, sound designer and composer Sam Hardiman has just shared the visuals for his song The Ava Sessions (Feat. GEF), taken from his debut EP, A Strange Kind of Intimate, out now!

I am very fond of the lush piano chords and how they are beautifully wrapped around an infectious electronic production. I am also enjoying the lovely vocal delivery and how the song talks addresses issues such as addiction and technology.

Speaking about the song, Sam Hardiman said,

This creates a tension, as if a conversation is occurring throughout the piece between human and machine, and it invites the listener to examine their own artificial relationships.

The music video was created by visual artist Ellie Shortall. Of the video, Ellie said,

Inspired by my interest in the third space, a new space that has emerged from the technology being so deeply intertwined in our everyday lives, I have attempted to create a space of transcendence, representing the push and pull of physical and digital realms combining.
