Tia Carys Shares New Single ‘Reflect In Mirrors’

West London rapper Tia Carys has just shared her brand new single Reflect In Mirrors, which finds Tia at her most reflective, detailing the complexities that often come with the end of relationships.

I am really enjoying the tone of her vocals and how effortless her rap flow soars over the laid-back R&B-tinged Hip-Hop production. I am very fond of the punchy bass and cool guitar strums that create the perfect soundscape for the listener to connect with her storytelling. I am a fan of British Hip-Hop as it sounds more relatable and raw, and Reflect In Mirrors is a perfect example of it. 

Accompanying the release, Tia Carys shared its bold official music video, directed by Otis Dominique (Jorja Smith, Kojey Radical) which links strongly back to the message in the song. Check it out below!

As Tia says, the track is plainly about reflecting in the mirror as I step out of my teenage years.
