Twenty Committee Share New Single ‘Something New’ ft. Chloe Rodgers
Scandinavian collective Twenty Committee, led by producer Anders Källmark, have just shared their latest enticing new single Something New, out now via Crowds And Power.
Once again the collective teamed up with singer and songwriter Chloe Rodgers and co-producer William Purton for the release, continuing the bold and expressive direction that the outfit has showcased throughout the year.
I am loving Chloe's gorgeous vocals and how they soar beautifully over the mellow and atmospheric production led by a sombre piano composition. I am a sucker for piano-based songs and this one is right up my alley, sounding quite mysterious and haunting, perfect for a rainy day at home. Have a listen to this gem below!
Speaking about the new release, Chloe and Anders said,
The song lyrics written by Alex Starling, is about finding out that you are now happy in what you thought was a stagnant relationship. The production had hit its peak until Will, the co-producer came in with some great new ideas and beautiful piano playing, which then began to flow perfectly. The song was finished in one long studio day and night at RAK in St Johns wood. Very early in the morning, we realised that we had done it!
