Ben Wolf Shares Debut Single ‘Ultraviolet’

Belgium-based singer and songwriter Ben Wolf makes his official musical introduction with the release of his debut single Ultraviolet, a captivating piece of lo-fi pop music about finally taking the leap to pursue one's dreams.

I am really enjoying Ben Wolf's smooth vocals and how they flow beautifully over the gorgeous production packed with stunning synths and percussion.  Ultraviolet is the introduction to his introspective lo-fi pop, already showcasing Ben’s impressive versatility through a constant switch of flows and a dreamy chorus that will keep buzzing in your head long after your first listen. Speaking about the song, Ben Wolf said,

As my first song, it signals for change and is based on how I felt when I was studying for my medical degree. Having released this anger and made the step to work on myself, my emotions have also changed. This is all part of the journey. Ultraviolet light is used by insects, bees in particular, to locate pollen flowers and thus nectar. As a medical student, because of the hive mentality, I felt like a bee constantly having to suppress my sixth sense for the ultraviolet glow. When my frustration reached its peak, I decided to leave the hive and follow the trail towards my own nectar.
