Limón Limón Share New Single ‘Long Distance’

Los Angeles-based duo Limón Limón, consisting of Jason (Vocals, Guitar, Bass) and Rand (Keys, Synths, Drums), are back to get me in a good mood with a gorgeous new single titled Long Distance, a song that reflects on a relationship derailed by constant separation, yet held together by the illusion of a love that has long since passed.

Whenever I hear they have a new song I know I am in for a treat and Long Distance doesn't disappoint. I am a huge fan of those smooth vocals and how they are beautifully backed by a bright retro-wave, future-synth production that instantly makes the song a memorable listening experience. I am also really enjoying the groovy guitars and punchy drums that infuse the track with feel-good energy. The production of the song beautifully contrasts with the lyrics that reveal the emotional pitfalls of staying together while spending all your time apart.
