Liam O’Brien Shares New Single ‘Come Smoke’
Los Angeles-based singer and songwriter Liam O'Brien has just shared his brand new single Come Smoke, a cool R&B-tinged pop song about overcoming loneliness.

I am very fond of the tone of Liam's vocals, especially when he hits those high notes, which are packed with tons of soul and soar effortlessly over the upbeat production. Come Smoke is a song written about feeling lonely in a new city and just wanting to be with a friend and having a good time, in Liam's case it's chilling with a bag of weed, hehe. What I like the most about this song (apart from Liam's gorgeous vocals), is the uplifting, feel-good atmosphere of the production with infectious melodies that got me hooked to it right after the very first listen. Speaking about the song, Liam said,
After I made the move to from Miami to Los Angeles, it was probably the loneliest I’d ever felt. New city, new coast, new people. I moved with a few friends, but I didn’t have what I had. On top of all that, I didn’t have anybody to chill and roll one up with. I wrote Come Smoke about overcoming loneliness with a good friend and a bag of weed. Doesn’t matter how we smoke it, as long as it’s us and not just me.
