Lebanese singer and songwriter Maro makes his musical introduction with the release of his official debut single carsick, an infectious pop song about the repetitive cycle stemming from an on-and-off relationship.

I am very fond of Maro's smooth, distinctive vocals and how they soar beautifully over the polished production, perfectly conveying the emotion of his relatable storytelling. I am also really enjoying the guitars and how they infuse the song with a laid-back, summery atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing day by the beach. Carsick is about my on-and-off relationship with a girl. Despite knowing there’s no point in trying again, I still do, which leads me to bad habits and a repetitive cycle.
