St Lundi Shares New Single ‘Learn To Let Go’
St Lundi, the moniker of British 22-year-old singer and songwriter Archie Langley, has just unveiled his brand new single Learn To Let Go, out now via Propeller Recordings (Slotface, Dagny). This is the latest single to be taken from his eagerly-awaited debut EP Heavy Words, which is due out on July 24th.
I am loving his passionate vocal delivery and how his vocals beautifully convey the emotion of his heartfelt storytelling. Mixing his bright and soaring voice with a progressive and slow-rising production and sweeping piano chords, Learn To Let Go captures the euphoric majesty of his songwriting through a lens of warm and inviting melodies. Speaking about the song’s inspiration, Archie explains,
I feel like sometimes when falling in love it’s natural to want to spend every minute with one another. But there comes a point in time where you need to take a step back and remember the world still exists around you. It can make you feel like you’re moving in the wrong direction for a moment but you know deep down you need to ‘Learn To Let Go’ for the relationship to last.
