Following the release of his cool single Paradise, American singer and songwriter Kowloon has just unveiled his brand new single English Morning, a bittersweet, mid-tempo groove for a morning spent in bed.

I am really enjoying Kowloon’s breathy and intimate vocals and how they flow effortlessly above blissful piano chords and subdued guitar, all anchored by the interplay of shuffling drums and a gently rolling bassline. I am also enjoying the melancholic lyrics of feeling trapped by life and trying to find meaning.
