Old Sea Brigade & Luke Sital-Singh Share New Single ‘Call Me When You Land’
Singer-songwriters Old Sea Brigade (aka Ben Cramer) & Luke Sital-Singh have teamed up to release a collab EP, All The Ways You Sing In The Dark, out on August 28th via Nettwerk and today they gave us the first taste of their new collaboration with lead single Call Me When You Land.
The intricate guitar riffs immediately caught my attention towards this song and as soon as they started singing I was sold! Call Me When You Land sounds so effortless and I like how it is backed by a breeze of acoustic strumming and soft strings, as we hear both artist trading verses back and forth. I was already a fan of Luke Sital-Singh's lush vocals and I love how they fit beautifully with Old Sea Brigade's register. I am also enjoying how Luke’s high-register hook captivates before a dreamy guitar lead takes flight. If you're into singer-songwriter/folk music with lush vocals, great guitar melodies and an overall laid-back atmosphere, then you'll love Call Me When You Land!
This gorgeous song is accompanied by a music video, directed by Chris MUG5 Maguire & Nastassja Simone, and its elegant escapism and vivid aerial landscapes perfectly suit the song’s sentiments. Check it out below!
Speaking about how Call Me When You Land came to be, Ben Cramer reminisces,
We were supposed to meet friends at Chateau Marmont. But since neither of us could afford drinks there, we ate edibles at the beginning of the night. The next morning, we had ‘Call Me When You Land’.
